Quality is key to the success of Kaisers that is certified to meet ISO 9002 , ISO 9001 , TS 16949 (Automotive) requirements. Quality statement reads “ With reasonable price Kaisers wants to provide the best quality of products and service to satisfy with our customer's expectation and requirements.” Inspection of both incoming materials and finished goods is performed in accordance with MIL-STD-105D. Statistical Process Control is established and maintained on all major processes by critical parameter . An In-Process Quality Audit is performed for all production.

Manufacturing by Kaisers is performed in factories located in Tao-Yuan , Taiwan . Production equipment at these factories range from high-speed Surface Mount Technology ( SMT ) machines capable of placing twelve components per second to clean efficient manual insertion lines for placement of large irregular shaped parts. These facilities are capable of producing complex high-density printed circuit assemblies of both solder reflow and wave solder types.

Engineering services are available at Kaisers to assist our customers throughout all phases of a project, from Design to Prototype to Pilot Run to Mass Production. Close support by our engineering service includes design reviews , component optimization , manufacturing optimization , schedule planning and cost reduction discussions . We are professional in DVT (Design Verification Test), EVT (Engineering Verification Test), and PVT (Production Verification Test) .
